SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Please read the entire label carefully before use
- Suggested Usage: Mix 2 scoops (22g, full serving) of PUMP-GAYOR BLACK in 200-250ml of water in a shaker or glass and shake or stir well. Consume PUMP-GAYOR BLACK 15-20 minutes before workout.
- Please Note: Check your tolerance with 1 scoop (Approx. 11g) of PUMP-GAYOR BLACK for 7 days, then 1.5 scoops for another 7 days. Depending upon your tolerance, mix 1 serving (2 scoops, 22g) in 200-250ml water and consume 15-20 minutes before workout. First time users, start with half scoop.
- Do not consume Pump-Gayor Black less than 4 hours before sleep.
- Do not consume more than 1 full serving of Pump-Gayor Black in 24 hours.
