In your multivitamin pack, in per serving dosage u have mentioned magnesium glyicate 440mg which is daily recommended requirement as per RDA but at the same time in percentage section have mentioned that it is 22% as per RDA. can u please explan.? If perserving we are getting 440mg magnesium then it should be 100% in precentage section as well.

Hi S.B., please note, RDA is as per 'elemental amount' of magnesium. We mention %RDA as per elemental amount only (actual amount) which is true to the product.

If you see our magnesium glycinate product, there you will find 22% elemental magnesium in 2000mg i.e 440g which is 100% RDA.
In multi it is put 440mg in total only (because of tablet size, serving weight limitations) so elemental would be 440 x 22% 96.8mg, hence less %RDA.
